For the month of April, The Byron at Byron Resort and Spa invites guests and locals to spritz up their weekend and enjoy spritz on the Lawn. Kicking off Saturday April 7 and continuing each Saturday throughout April between 4:00–6:00 pm, relax and unwind at the pop-up bar on the sun-kissed lawn.
As you might have guessed, the humble spritz will be the hero at this pop-up bar – but it will be offered with an elegant and botanical twist thanks to Byron Bay’s own Brookie’s Gin. If you’re after a snack, you can treat yo’self at The Byron at Byron’s newly transformed restaurant or grab a nibble off the sophisticated bar-snack menu.
