Each locale will offer up a different pairing – you can expect bites such as Sydney rock oysters with a pepper-berry mignonette at Garden Kitchen & Bar, house-made mushroom arancini with truffle aioli at Cin Cin at Cucina Vivo, Old Bay spiced potato pave and beef tartare at Nineteen at The Star, and tempura prawns with chilli mayo at Atrium Bar. You can nab a Rosé Passport on arrival at The Star for $69 per person ($79.35 on public holidays) from 2:00 pm every Saturday and Sunday.
