Mark Saturday January 16 in your diary and get set to graze and sip ’til your heart’s content at Aviary Rooftop Bar’s Plant-Based Bottomless Brunch. The Southport rooftop’s monthly bottomless brunch soirees have become rather popular (hot tip – they sell out ahead of time), so in January the team have decided to give it a plant-based spin, offering guests a dazzling all-you-can-eat array of plant-based pizzas, brunch bites, desserts and more, which will be dished up alongside vegan wines and beers.
