Discover the green behind the gold as Bleach* Festival brings live music including Clare Bowditch, fun and games, ‘crafternoon’, bubbles, story-telling and more to Mudgeeraba for Picnic in your Patch #2.

Fish-out-of-Water will be just at home in the hinterland and plans to meander its way through the park, bringing joy and laughter to all in its wondrous wake. Polyglot Theatre’s Ants will set up their nest and kids are invited to help them complete their next mission.

Top Secret Storytellers Clubhouse, an interactive performance experience for children and families developed by the State Library of Queensland, will set up an imaginative concoction of visual, physical and theatrical storytelling at the picnic.

Bleach* Artist-in-Residence Clare Bowditch will make a special guest appearance at the event. The ARIA Award winning songstress, internationally acclaimed for her sensational voice and sweet folk-pop style, will perform beneath the stars from 6pm. The music line-up also includes Bleach* ‘Sistas’ Jess Ribeiro, Felicity Lawless, Julia Rose and Aquila Young.
