If you’re keen to indulge your tastebuds over the festive season, the legends at Byron Bay eatery No Bones are bringing us a Christmas feast with a tasty plant-based twist. The eatery’s five-course Christmas banquet will be offered in two sittings on Christmas Day, with the menu featuring an array of bites free of animal products. From grilled calamari with green papaya salad and crispy prawns, to mushroom wellington with potato gratin, baby carrots and cranberry jus, the vegan eats on offer are perfect for savouring over a long summer lunch.
