New Year’s Eve at Oyster Bar and Grill
It’s going to be your final feast of the year – so make sure it’s extra special! This intimate seven-course degustation event at Oyster Bar and Grill will be a true culinary experience – from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am, you’ll get to kick back and relax with a fine wine in hand. What’s in store? Think dishes like lobster bisque with lobster ravioli and truffle cream, tuna dukkah with compressed melon, avocado, soy and ginger vinaigrette, Tasmanian salmon, wagyu beef, spiced duck with sautéed scallops and spring vegetables, and dark chocolate semi freddo for dessert. Our mouths are watering already.
