New Year’s Eve at JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa

For those in search of the ultimate New Year’s Eve destination to say goodbye to 2021 and welcome 2022 in style, look no further – the good people at JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa are delivering the goods with not one, but two incredible New Year’s Eve shindigs this year. From a seafood-laden buffet feast at the much-loved dining destination Citrique to a four-hour-long cocktail-style soiree at Chapter & Verse, there’s something for every kind of fun-lover.

Expect to dine on a myriad of Australian oceanic delights including Byron Point spanner crabs, Hervey Bay scallops, Tasmanian smoked salmon, Mooloolaba king prawns and Western rock lobsters alongside a spread of salads, sushi, sashimi, wood-fired pizzas and a dedicated carving station. Feast on roasted beef sirloin, grilled lamb racks with mustard rub and macadamia-crusted barramundi with herb-butter sauce, all served with roast vegetables and herbs from the JW Garden. Your biggest issue will be how to fit a taste of it all in! Due to popular demand, Citrique will host two sittings for its New Year’s Eve event – one from 5:30–7:30 pm and one from 8:00–10:00 pm. Tickets for adults are $299 and include a two-hour beverage package along with dinner, while children’s tickets from 13–17 years old are $179, and from five–12 are $50 per person – get yours here.

Meanwhile, Chapter & Verse will host a luxe cocktail party that features four hours of delicious canapes, a premium beer and wine beverage package plus a signature welcome cocktail to kick off the night and some cracking live entertainment. The party will kick off from 7:30 pm in the sleek space, kicking on until late so that you can welcome the new year in style. Tickets to this unmissable bash are $139 per person and can be booked here.
