New Year’s Eve at Kiyomi


The Star Gold Coast’s award-winning restaurant Kiyomi will be offering a mind-blowing nine-course dinner crafted by the visionary executive head chef Chase Kojima. Take a seat and enjoy a glass of champagne on arrival before dining on dishes including kingfish miso ceviche with green chilli and crispy potato, grilled prawn with burnt soy, shellfish butter and garlic chips, wagyu flank with hatcho miso and chef’s assorted mixed sushi. This delectable feast even includes two desserts to finish the night on an extra-sweet note – an Okinawa black-sugar parfait with umeshu meringue and candied walnuts, and a green-tea mochi with strawberry milkshake. Diners can opt for an early sitting at 5:30 pm, or the second sitting at 7:45 pm. Nab a table here.
