Miso & Shio Koji Workshop
If you’re interested in gut health, you’re probably already well familiar with the benefits of Japanese fermented foods for your overall wellbeing. Here’s your chance to get hands on and make your own miso and shio koji with certified Australian organic ingredients, the authentic Japanese way. The workshops includes a talk on Japanese fermented foods and you will make your own miso (approximately 1.8-kilograms, worth $63) and shio koji (salty fermented rice seasoning, worth $8) to take home to ferment plus tasting of various fermented dishes and sweets.
