The sky-high venue will once again be pulling out all stops for the occasion to deliver two all-inclusive packages befitting its stellar reputation.

The Restaurant
Take a seat in the restaurant and enjoy an exquisite three-course lunch featuring prawn and Oscietra caviar with potato terrine, confit duck rillette with pickled fig, Moreton Bay bug cocktails, Nineteen’s sensational ‘smoky’ oysters and pumpkin risotto with toasted pepitas and brown butter sage. For mains, you can choose between a succulent steak cooked to perfection, grilled Patagonian toothfish or shallot tarte tatin with goat cheese and pickled cucumber. Bringing your fanciful feast to a fitting conclusion is your choice of dark-chocolate tart with Tonka-bean ice-cream or strawberry vacherin with ricotta ice-cream and meringue. Your sips for the day will begin with a glass of Ruinart Blanc De Blancs on arrival followed by four glorious hours of white, red and sparkling wine, beer and soft drink. Tickets to the restaurant’s soiree are $350 per person.

The Bar
Be enchanted by the glamour, stunning skyline views and impeccable rooftop fashions at the bar’s cocktail party. Guests will enjoy a glass of Veuve Clicquot on arrival followed by a four-hour drinks package and fabulous fare consisting of mushroom-mozzarella arancini, confit-duck sausage rolls and crumbed prawns followed by a sushi tasting plate with pickled ginger, pumpkin risotto bowls and rice-paper rolls with hoisin dipping sauce. To keep the good vibes flowing, there will be live DJ sets, fashions on the rooftop and of course, all of the action from Flemington on the big screens. Tickets to the cocktail party are $179 per person with the option to add a Veuve Clicquot upgrade for $49 per person.
