Watch some of Australia’s best BBQ teams battle it out overnight.

Twenty hours to cook, five meat categories to be handed in at different times on Sunday morning. Experienced judges and locals, to be newly trained on Sunday morning, will do the scoring.

Bring your picnic blanket and kick back to the live tunes in the park throughout.

Authentic low and slow BBQ will be available from select teams in a new designated area. Street food vans will also be in attendance.

A new trade area will complement the beach pathway opposite the competitors.
