Living in the Moment


In our busy lives we find it difficult to relax and enjoy the moment. Even while doing things we like, our mind is never in the present – we are constantly making plans for the future, worrying about what might happen next, and never really feeling content. Living in the Moment is a day course led by experienced teacher Gen Kelsang Tsalden, who will teach meditations to help participants let go of this limiting mental habit, develop a peaceful mind and make the most of every moment.
