Little Lifesavers: Gold Coast

Little Lifesavers: Gold Coast

One of the best things about living on the Gold Coast is spending blissful days beachside, which means that water skills are a must for all kids. This school holiday program is hosted by Surf Life Saving Queensland (SLSQ) and provides a fantastic introduction for kids aged five to 11. Throughout the program, children will have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of water activities, beach games and rescue techniques to teach them how to stay safe in and around water.

Surf Life Saving Queensland runs the community-based Little Lifesavers program at several locations across Queensland, including the Gold Coast (Tallebudgera Creek), Brisbane (South Bank Parklands), Redlands (Raby Bay Foreshore), Springfield (Orion Lagoon), Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore River), Townsville (Riverway Lagoon) and Cairns (Esplanade Lagoon) and Redcliffe (Settlement Cove Lagoon).
