Well, that’s it folks, summer is done and dusted for another year but there’s no need to dig out the winter warmers just yet. Join Mavis’s Kitchen and Cabins for one last hurrah and enjoy an evening of food, fun and fine tipple at the Late Summer Fire Feast.

For this event, we will be dining at long tables in the barn, with the food all centered around the open flame, with a clear influence of Latin America throughout. The menu has been designed to showcase the diverse flavours and sensations that result from these simple ancient cooking styles. There will be a three-piece band performing under the stars, providing an enchanting soundtrack for your evening’s enjoyment.

The Feature beverages will be designed, mixed and served by Husk Distillers who will be present on the night showing off their locally distilled Spiced Australian Agricole Rum and Pure Cane Rum.

Included in the ticket price is entry to the event, two feature beverages, five courses of fire-cooked dishes and one vibrant dessert, plus acoustic entertainment.
