Green Week is opening its week with a huge clean up at Tallebudgera Creek, with the combined forces of Surfrider Foundation Gold Coast Tweed, Ocean Friendly, Positive Change for Marine Life, Plastic Free Gold Coast, Amy Gouldilocks’s Beach Cleans, Jala Yoga’s Beachside Cleans, Pure Aloha Yoga + SUP Paddle and Snorkel Cleans. Many Moons ago, Mollie of Jala Yoga and Sarni’a of Pure Aloha Yoga + SUP organised a wonderful community day at the creek. In memory of this event, everyone comes together for a great cause – to clean and protect our land and waterways.

There will be prizes for the large hauls and categories, so get your gloves on and get ready to clean up our creek! Don’t forget to pack your picnic blanket for food and festivities for after the clean. Activities include yoga, talks on sustainable living, stand up paddle boarding yoga and musical good vibes. There will also be plenty of eats from BKA Vegan Restaurant, chai from GypsyVibes and Ice Blox by Flying Fox!
