If you wouldn’t have the faintest idea what separates a single malt from a blend or what effect oak has on your beverage, get along to The Scottish Prince on Friday May 25 and be schooled once and for all. This (delicious) Introduction to Whisky event is guaranteed to have you talking like a whisky nerd in no time and delves into the basics of Scotch whisky including how it’s made and the difference between varietals. Finally, the workshop will take a look at a Japanese malt and try to discern why the Japanese are so good at making single malt whisky!

Tickets are $79 per person (plus booking fee), which includes six whiskies, some snacks and your very own Glencairn whisky tasting glass to take home.
