High Cheese Experience at Sheraton

This winter, Pearls Bar at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort has teamed up with carefully selected cheesemongers to bring us the High Cheese Experience, featuring a decadent three-tiered cheese feast that is sure to delight. Ignite your senses with some incredible cheeses paired with both sweet and savoury cheese-infused dishes, all whilst overlooking the pacific ocean and sparkling lagoons of Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort.
The menu itself offers Adelaide Hills triple cream, Maffra Pyramid cheddar, English stilton and gruyere, followed by Milawa camembert baked with marinated figs and pretzel rolls, prosciutto, muscatels and quince paste. The side basket will comprise of artisan crackers and breads freshly baked in-house. Sweet treats to finish include ricotta coffee mousse with pistachio biscotti, peach and maple mascarpone cheesecake and key lime cheesecake with granola and berries. Gather the crew and settle in for an afternoon showcasing one of life’s greatest pleasures – cheese.
Try this High Cheese Experience now for $50 per person (including a glass of house wine) from 2:00–6:00 pm daily. You can also add delicious booze along the lines of beer, whiskey and port to level up your experience.
