From the busy streets of Manhattan to the bustling beachfront of Surfers Paradise, an event inspired by New York’s famous Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade is coming to the coast, complete with magical floats, giant balloons and opportunities for charities, businesses and the community to be part of something spectacular. The Gold Coast’s inaugural Christmas Parade will feature thousands of colourful performers, dancers and marching bands and is the perfect event for the whole family. The free event on Sunday December 6 2020, is set to attract tens of thousands of families, locals and visitors who will line the Esplanade from Main Beach to Surfers Paradise as the Parade extends 2.5 kilometres along our famous beach front.
