For the month of December, Mint Art House is exploring the Art of Giving and rediscovering meaning and connection during the holiday period. A gift, no matter how small or large, is something that is enjoyed twice and is designed to honour someone important in your life.

Make your own wrapping paper and gift cards that you’ll actually want to give to your friends and family. Camille and Thea will guide you through simple icons and shapes, discussing basic colour theory to make bold artworks and patterns using paints, paint pens, collage and pencils. Materials will be provided but feel free to bring along specific mediums or materials you’d like to use, or any imagery inspo you’d like to incorporate (photos of pets, places, objects, plants etc).

The workshop is running on two dates: Wednesday, December 9 from 6:00–8:30 pm, and Saturday December 12 from 3:00–5:30 pm.
