Two young chefs, Ashley Castle and Isabelli Andrade, are taking over The Fish House kitchen on Wednesday October 9 to raise money for Friends of Binna Burra Lodge. The site was burnt down after the recent fires and all of the native bush around the area is now gone.

This one-night event will feature an Australian native-inspired six-course menu, with dishes like mountain pepper and dried lemon myrtle calamari with quandong spiced jam and Anzac biscuit and Bunya nut ice cream sandwiches.
