From Thursday December 17 to Sunday January 17, 2021, eager globetrotters will be able to experience the glamour, delicious bites and luxe beachside vibes of the French Riviera at The Star. From Thursday to Sunday on The Lawn at Garden Kitchen & Bar, adventurers can take their tastebuds on a journey with elegant fare like Sydney rock oysters with apple cider mignonette, Hervey Bay scallops served with smoked garlic butter and sundried tomato tapenade, and a charcuterie board with air-dried wagyu bresaola, prosciutto, triple-cream brie, aioli and woodfired flat bread.
On Thursdays, you can take advantage of some $5 dining deals – think crispy school prawns with aioli, duck rillette flat bread with quince mayonnaise, and pommes frites topped with truffle salt and aioli. It can all be washed down with a Grey Goose martini or deluxe Veuve Clicquot cocktail before you step onto the dancefloor to groove the night away to the tune of DJ beats and killer acoustic acts.
