Four Pillars Gin Pig Dinner
Love a crackin’ gin cocktail? Even more when it’s paired perfectly with a side of mouthwatering pork? Yep, us too. Well, listen up fellow gin pigs because we have some exciting news. Our pals at Four Pillars Gin and Beach Byron Bay are going full nose-to-tail to bring you the Four Pillars Gin Dinner. So, what’s the gist? For one night only, you can feast on rare breed pure black Berkshire pigs, pasture-bred in the Yarra Valley and sip some sensational small-batch swill courtesy of Four Pillars as well as wines from their mates in the Yarra Valley.
The culinary feast begins with an entree of caserecce, pork ragu and parmigiano followed by a plentiful share plate of porchetta sided with handpicked leaves with red wine vinegar dressing and roasted local potatoes with rosemary, garlic. Bring it all to a brilliant conclusion with a tantalising tiramisu and you have yourself a food coma of the best kind. Tickets are $130 per person and are getting snapped up fast.
