With a line-up of gourmet trucks offering everything from melting handmade burgers, tempting Italian treats oozing with cheese, authentic German sausages and tender calamari, it’s a world of flavours. Featuring all your favourite Gold Coast food trucks as well as a selection of Brisbane’s best including the likes of Fiery Deli, Thunderburger1, Greek Street Kantina and Chubby’s Diner. Once you’ve had your fill sit back and relax by the water’s edge along the pier or recline on a blanket on the lawn with a coffee from Grindhouse Coffee.

And if, after all that, you need to satiate a nagging sweet tooth, try a cool cone of soft serve with sprinkles from Classic Ice Creams or a sugary deep-fried chocolate-coated delight from Churros Cafe.
