Festa della Repubblica is celebrated by Italians on June 2 to honour the day in 1946 when Italians voted to abolish the monarchy and form a republic. Fellini will salute the diverse republic of Italy with special dishes available for one day only. Emphasis will be given to the colours of the Italian flag – red, white and green – as the chefs commemorate with classic and contemporary dishes.

Fellini’s Festa della Repubblica specials menu includes:
- Rigatoniaigranchi – short tube pasta with Fraser Island spanner crab meat, tomato, basil and chilli
- Risonealla sepia – squid ink infused rise shaped pasta cooked with cuttlefish, tomato fillets, baby zucchini and parsley
- Brasato di spalla d/agnello – braised lamb shoulder with garlic, rosemary, cherry tomato and sheep milk cheese (pecorino)
- Brodetto all’ anconetana – a spicy fish broth of clam, mussels, prawns, fish, scallops with tomato, parsley and chilli
