Mavis’s Kitchen is hosting Fair Game: a feast of wild venison, a delicious culinary feast featuring multi-award winning chef Dariush Lolaiy. The Tweed region is known as a leader in culinary experiences and this event will further its reputation with venison caught and harvested from the wild. Dariush will showcase cultural traditions and innovative techniques with his wilderness-to-fire approach, with meals prepared the old fashioned way over an open fire.
Slow right down and savour the moment as you enjoy the delicate flavours of lean, ethically-sourced venison around the fire. Tickets include canapes and a Husk Distillers welcome cocktail on arrival, a main course feast, dessert and live music. This is a fantastic way to experience the region’s bespoke culinary offerings born from its pristine environment and artisan producers.
