Dog Point Vineyard Wine Dinner at The Fireplace
Head over to The Fireplace on Friday September 20 to experience a three-course menu paired with wines from one of New Zealand’s most iconic vineyards in Marlborough, Dog Point. Settled in The Fireplace’s intimate ambience, guests will be hosted by Dog Point’s Jak Nash and Christian Howard as they are treated to Executive Chef Matt Hart’s tailored three-course menu, with each dish complemented with a select Dog Point wine.
The hero of the evening is a charred spatchcock and wild mushroom pie with parsnip puree and baby spring vegetables paired with a pour of 2016 Dog Point Chardonnay. Experience the vibrant Chardonnay where citrus flavours are balanced with an underlying brioche and hazelnut influence.
