The Deadly Families Festival is a free community event that aims to bring together both the non-Indigenous and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community on the Gold Coast. There will be free entertainment and free food (including some traditional bush tucker). The festival provides a fun space for the Gold Coast community to experience and learn about our culture, as well as providing our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community a culturally safe environment where local health and community services can be accessed. The event will run from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and is open to all ages.
