The best surfers from around the world are coming to the coast for the Corona Open Gold Coast, kicking off the World Surfing League 2020 Championship Tour at Snapper Rocks.

No stranger to drawing a crowd, Coolangatta’s Snapper Rocks will once again be filled with the best female and male surfers as they battle it out for the Corona Open title from Thursday March 26 to Sunday April 5. As the season opener event, this comp sets the tone for the year and provides an opportunity for our homegrown surfing stars to shine on one of Australia’s most iconic waves.

The event only runs in the best possible surf conditions, so if you’re planning to head down south to watch the heats, make sure you check the World Surf League website before you leave.
