Cooking Class – Escape to Provence
Take your senses on a culinary adventure to Provence, South of France and learn how to create two classic French dishes at the Escape to Provence cooking class with Comme à la maison. On the menu is Petits Farcis (stuffed tomatoes, zucchinis and peppers) with two types of stuffings and Tarte au Citron Meringue (lemon meringue tart).
At Comme à la maison we make everything from scratch so you will get to learn how to make two different stuffings for your veggies, how to make a homemade short crust pastry, how to make a perfect meringue plus all the tips that we will give you on the spot!
No prior cooking skills required! For safety reasons, please wear enclosed shoes. Please arrive 10 minutes the start of the class. Classes are designed for a minimum of 4 participants to a maximum of 8. Spaces are limited.
