Born in Naples, tenor Rocco Speranza began studying the art of singing at 12 years old with opera greats like Maestra Alessandra Lepore, Alda Borrelli Morgan and Noemi Nadelmann.

Trained at the Conservatorium of Music of Naples, Speranza has performed in a number of operas, operettas, musicals and concerts across the world with an impressive list of awards and accolades under his belt.

Following Rocco’s performance the night will liven up with The Swing Force Big Band a fabulous 12-piece swing band, playing their ‘Come Fly With Me’ show that pays tribute to iconic artists from Frank Sinatra to Tony Bennett and many more.

Guests will enjoy a glass of sparkling wine from the Hunter Valley based Bimbadgen Winery on arrival, who will also host the Bimbadgen Wine Bar outside Ioesco Café Cucina.

The concert starts at 8:00 pm with guests being invited to make a dinner reservation prior to the performance at one of Sanctuary Cove’s waterfront restaurants to enjoy a delicious feast to complete their evening.

Diners can choose from a range of cuisines for their pre-show dining including authentic yet contemporary Italian from Ioesco Café Cucina, mouth-watering Cantonese from Dragon Cove Chinese Restaurant, delectable Thai from Chim Thai, and sizzling steaks and seafood from Red Steakhouse or The Fireplace Restaurant.

Alternatively, guests can stop in at Destino Wine & Cocktail Bar or Cove Tavern for a few drinks and share plates before the performance.
