Chuparosa once again heads off into the wonderful Australian summer! And what better way to do it than share its new EP This is Life.

From the beautiful South Coast of NSW, Chuparosa is a new musical force of reggae grooves and funky vibes. If you want good times and a fun summer vibe any time of year, day or night, look no further – Chuparosa is splashing the scene with its original roots music.

The debut EP Sinking Sun dropped in December 2013, just four months after inception, followed by four successful tours of the east coast of Australia. During that time ‘Come Alive’ from the EP scored a number-one spot on triple j’s Unearthed Roots Chart.

The second EP This is Life, launched on December 20 2014, has been a culmination of a month of preproduction and the development of the songs still with the central upbeat, fun core of the band’s songwriting, but adding some of the diverse flavours that the members bring. The new EP has captured the energy and life of why Chuparosa is on the road, and its release is followed by another massive 23-date tour.
