Hilton Surfers Paradise’s grand ballroom will be transformed into a Christmas wonderland for a family-friendly buffet lunch – with all of the trimmings, of course! Kick back with a glass of bubbles and soak up the festive vibes before indulging in a bountiful spread of prawns, oysters and bugs, plus traditional dishes like honey-glazed double-smoked ham with a sour-cherry compote, new potatoes with lemon, thyme and garlic butter, vibrant salads, roasted vegetables and much more.
