Christmas Carols & Fire Relief Fundraiser at Seagulls
It’s time to get festive – Seagulls Club in Tweed Heads is hosting its annual Christmas Carols event on Saturday December 7, and you’re invited! Get into the Christmas spirit and sing along to your favourite carols performed live by musical guest stars, as well as the St Joseph’s and Bilambil Primary School choirs. There will be plenty of entertainment alongside the live Christmas beats, including a pirate ship jumping castle, face painters, a balloon artist, and an appearance by the world’s busiest man – Santa Claus and his trusty pal, Rudolf.
While the Seagulls Christmas Carols event initially featured a fireworks display, the Seagulls team has advised that given the current situation across the state and the devastation from the bush fires, the fireworks display has been cancelled. However, the rest of the program and performances for the evening will remain the same! During the event, you’ll be able to donate to the Fire Relief, with three charities to be supported – you will get to choose which charity you’d like to support by grabbing a token from reception and dropping it in the box of the charity. Seagulls will be donating the first $5,000 and attendees can add to that with gold-coin donations for face painting, the jumping castle and Santa photos. Plus, every serve of fish and chips sold inside at LOT TWO will have $1 added to the total, going directly to the charities.
The festive action at Seagulls kicks off from 5:00 pm – remember that’s NSW time, folks!
