If you love whisky, try your hand at making your own blend with the Chivas Whisky Masterclass at Oyster Bar and Grill in Main Beach on Tuesday March 24.

Using the five base flavours that make up the Chivas signature house styles, attendees will have the chance to blend their own flavour of whisky at this masterclass hosted by Oyster Bar and Grill in the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort. With local and international cheeses to graze throughout the evening, attendees will get to take home their own 200ml bottle of personally blended whisky after the event.

The Whisky Masterclass will run from 6:30-8:00 pm. Tickets are $60 per person and bookings can be made online. If you really want to up the ante on the Chivas Whisky Masterclass, you can book an accommodation package that includes the class and breakfast for two the next morning.
