Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre presents Chevron Fest, a free all-day community event celebrating the arrival of summer with live music, roving entertainment and special retail offers for all ages, taking place on Saturday December 16.

From 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, the heart of Surfers Paradise will come to life with festivities, as we showcase our revitalised retail and alfresco dining offering, amid a vibrant carnival atmosphere.

Talented local buskers will kick off entertainment for the day, while Aerial Angels roving entertainers will delight with their acrobatic antics. Headlining the inaugural event, prolific Brisbane act The Lyrical will lay down roots, hip hop and reggae sounds to enhance the tropical vibes from 1:00–3:00 pm.

To celebrate Chevron Fest, some of the retailers will host ‘one-hour, one-dollar’ special offers.

• 10:00–11:00 am: Coles is offering a six pack of Soft Round Rolls for $1
• 11:00–12:00 pm: Betty’s Burgers is offering a Betty’s Classic Burger for $1
