Brookie’s Bees and Cheese Workshop

Cheese, bees and Brookie’s Gin collide for a delicious workshop in the Northern Rivers on Sunday March 1.

Held at Cape Byron Distillery, Brookie’s Bees and Cheese Workshop will feature a beekeeping workshop, paired with local cheese and honey inspired Brookie’s cocktails. Cedar Anderson, founder and creator of the Flow Hive, will be on site from 2:00 pm sharing his knowledge and passion of beekeeping. The workshop will teach participants how to harvest honey with the turn of a tap, what to plant for happy bees and how to care for them and the best way to establish your own Flow Hive at home! You’ll also be learning recipes for cocktails using Brookie’s spirits and honey and sampling from local cheese artisans Paul and Kerry from Nimbin Valley Cheese Co.

Tickets are limited, so if you’re keen to come along to Brookie’s Bees and Cheese Workshop, head to the event website to secure your spot.
