Expect delectable dishes such as Nineteen’s signature natural oysters paired with NV Billecart-Salmon Brut, steak tartare with Old Bay chips and yolk sauce paired with a 2009 Billecart-Salmon Brut, Wollemi duck with roast cauliflower, cipollini onions and truffle jus with Billecart-Salmon Brut ‘Sous Bois’ and more.
