Learn how to prepare and age Black Angus prime cuts, also utilising the secondary cuts, with hands on guidance to master the art of cooking over timber. Embers chefs will guide participants in creating succulent meats and perfect accompanying side dishes and sauces. You will be using ethnically farmed Black Angus and biodynamic vegetables from the Scenic Rim farmers.
Come for a beautiful scenic drive up to Tamborine Mountain and head to the masterclass at ‘The Back Room’ of North Stores where the chefs will be ready to meet you for a Saturday lunch well spent!
