Yoga Meditation Studio offer holistic based services to benefit body, mind and spirit. We are interested in helping people on all levels, assisting those who are looking for a healthy lifestyle as well as those who are interested in wanting to reconnect spiritually.

Our weekly classes focus mainly on pre-meditation techniques and practices like Yoga Nidra for relaxation, rejuvenation, stress relief. Pranayama deep breathing to improve lung capacity and expel toxins. Hatha Yoga to open up the body, increase flexibility, improve focus, balance, concentration.

Every Sunday the Studio offers a low cost meditation coupling together mind, body and spirit. The class will give you the skills and chance to relax, rejuvenate and work on deep breathing. No experience necessary. Give you mind time to focus and allow yourself to relax ready for the challenges of the new week.
