It’s going to be a not-so-silent night at Ashmore State School this Saturday December 2 as Ashmore Community Carols rolls into town spreading Christmas cheer and good vibes like confetti. The free family-friendly event is bring put on by Ashmore Uniting Church and YWAM Gold Coast and offers a plethora of activities for little ones including a jumping castle, petting zoo, face paining, puppets and plenty of games. Hungry? There will be a barbecue, ice-cream and coffee available for purchase. Gates open at 5:00 pm and the concert kicks off on the main stage from 6:30 pm. If you’re in need of some Christmas cheer, roll out a rug and settle in for some of your favourite festive tunes live on stage from 7:00 pm. Oh what fun!
