A colourful KOAL-ITION of ‘animals with attitude’ is gathering for Bleach* Festival.

Animals with Attitude is a world-class public art event set to inspire and excite the City of Gold Coast. The brand new population of 30 giant koala sculptures will take up residence across the Coast between March and May 2015.

The sculptures, created by local and national artists, aim to raise awareness of koala conservation and support the vital work of Currumbin Wildlife Hospital in treating around 8,500 sick, injured and orphaned wildlife patients each year.

From March 13 to 22, 10 of these quirky characters will be on display at Queen Elizabeth Park Coolangatta. While you’re there, grab your official Sculpture Trail Map and discover the locations of all 30 koalas on display around the Gold Coast.
