Ramada Hope Harbour is excited to announce a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience the amazing culinary skills of World Famous Iron Chef – Monsieur Hiroyuki Sakai. Chef Sakai was the overall winner of the popular Iron Chef Japan television series. Also known as the “Delacroix of French Cuisine”; Monsieur Sakai made his name by creating dishes that reflected both the Japanese seasons, as well as the mood of France.

Chef Sakai will collaborate with acclaimed Melbourne Japanese Chef Father & Son duo Ikuei ‘Kin san’ Arakane and Masahide Arakane and Ramada Hope Harbour Head Chef Mr. David Pomierre, to create a truly memorable 6 course degustation menu featuring a great selection of the local Australian and international produce with each course paired with a sommelier recommended matching french wine.The action in the kitchen will be streamed to screens in the ballroom and the chefs and other experts will give informative commentary throughout the evening.
