Free gig alert! Melbourne’s Alex Lahey and Brisbane psych party-starters The Belligerents are hitting the road together for a series of free sunset shows up and down Australia’s east (and west) coast, thanks to Summer Bright Lager.

Stopping in at Coolangatta, the esteemed line-up will take to the stage at The Coolangatta Hotel for an arvo of live music, mates and mischief on March 10. Local support act to be announced soon.

Off the back of wildly popular debut album I Love You Like A Brother, Alex Lahey brings ultra catchy tracks like ‘Every Day’s The Weekend’, ‘I Haven’t Been Taking Care Of Myself’, and title track ‘I Love You Like A Brother’ to coastal fans. Following another astronomical year for The Belligerents, with the release of their album Science Fiction, knock out festival performances and a national tour with The Kooks, these space dwellers bring their raucous, high energy live show back down to earth in time for Summer Sessions.
