The world’s best surfers will descend on Burleigh Point this Australia Day long weekend for the 2018 Flight Centre Burleigh Pro. The famous local event is a World Surf League (WSL) QS 1000-rated men’s and women’s event and will see some of the best surfers battle it out against the local talent for the prize purse of $15,000 up for grabs and valuable Qualifying Series points. This will be the second QS event on the 2018 World Surf League Australasian calendar.

Nab yourself a vantage spot on the hill to take in all of the action, but if that simply won’t do, there will be a two-level VIP & Hospitality Marquee where you can enjoy unobstructed views as well as a food and beverage package, thanks to Wandering Bar Co. Tickets to the VIP area range from $85–90 per person.

Whether you’re mad for surfing or are there for the food and fun times, there is guaranteed to be something to keep everyone happy over the entire four-day festival. If you’re feeling peckish there will be charcuterie platters and Zambreros Mexican alongside coffee carts and a Cider Caravan. There will be interactive entertainment, dj’s, live music, a free ‘Under The Stars’ movie night, surfboard machine, car displays and so much more.
