Music, food and colour to take over Tugun for the Toolona Street Festival

The Bleach* Festival is in full swing and that means that the Gold Coast is turning into party central. One of the hottest spots to be seen will be in Tugun for the Toolona Street Festival – a melting pot of coastal culture.

The Bleach* Festival isn’t all about art, theatre and music – it’s also an excuse to build community ties and have an old fashioned party. On Saturday March 7, Toolona Street will be transformed into a hub of festive activity as it hosts a party of epic proportions from afternoon into evening.

Beneath a canopy of twinkling fairy lights, enjoy the best food and drink from the plethora of food stalls, local restaurants and bars as well as entertainment ranging from live music to interactive street theatre for the kids. Providing musical accompaniment on the night will be Nadia Sunde, Karl S Williams and Good Oak while a Suitcase Rummage will be on site for those itching to do a bit of bargain hunting. Bring the family, enjoy the community spirit and soak in the atmosphere at the Toolona Street Festival this weekend.
