Beers, bites and football – watch the Super Bowl live and loud at the ultimate viewing party

Calling all football fans! One of the most exciting sport events of the year, the Super Bowl, is about to crash land on our screens. For the uninitiated, the Super Bowl is the annual championship game of the National Football League (NFL). In America, the day is usually spent watching all of the action live and loud on the TV, with plenty of snacks and icy-cold sips on hand. It actually sounds like something us Aussies can get behind, and that’s why The Star is hosting one heck of a Super Bowl viewing party on Monday February 14.

While we don’t exactly get to reap the benefits of Super Bowl Sunday being on a weekend, The Star is set to make sure you start your week off right with its cracker-jack Super Bowl viewing party. It’s at this Monday-morning screening sesh where you’ll be able to catch every electrifying minute of Super Bowl LVI broadcast live straight from the US – yep, even the much-anticipated half-time show. Punters are spoilt for choice with where they can watch the game, with Super Bowl fanatics able to choose between the Sports Bar or the Atrium Bar to lounge in. Both screening spots are set to offer fans a goblet full of goodies to help them cheer their favourite team on to victory – think US-inspired bites, a guest MC, prize giveaways, games and much more.

Gather your mates and take advantage of the Sports Bar’s table package, where you can catch all of the game-day action on a huge 10.5-m LED mega screen. You’ll also be treated to platters of American-inspired eats, a couple of pizzas of your choice and a four-hour beverage package including draught beer, house wine and soft drink. Just around the corner is the Atrium Bar, where groups as large as 12 can opt for the booth package, which includes a comfy private booth that offers a stellar vantage point to watch the game. You and your mates can then sip and snack to your heart’s content with two Jack Daniel’s Seltzer buckets, two All Star Platters and a $400 food and beverage voucher to spend. Now, that’s a champion-worthy feast.

Walk-ins are available, but booking a package ensures you get a prime position to watch the game. To make a booking, head to The Star website.
