Indulge your love of authentic and flavoursome curries and learn some new culinary skills at Tenteram Fine Foods Cooking Classes.
The classes offer a unique cooking and dining experience where you can learn about the healing properties of fresh Asian ingredients and how to cook easy, tasty Indonesian-inspired dishes without using salts, refined sugars, shrimp paste, fish sauce or white, starchy rices.
During the class you will learn to create exotic dishes such as Sumatran rendang curry, tofu fritters, snake bean and coconut salad and healthy tenteram matabak manis.
The creators, Kay and Justin Reeves, have a long-standing affinity with Asian and Indonesian cuisine and will pass on their passion and love of healthy cooking.
