Live and loud – Surfers Paradise LIVE returns in 2020 with Aussie rock royalty

Listen up, music lovers! The coast’s favourite free music festival Surfers Paradise LIVE is back in 2020 and bringing with it a line-up littered with Aussie rock royalty including Spiderbait, British India, Jon Stevens and The Angels so go ahead and clear your calendar from April 30 to May 3 because you won’t want to miss a minute.

If you’re new to the coast or are yet to experience the magic of Surfers Paradise LIVE, well, you’re in for a tasty musical treat. Held over four fun-filled days and nights, the free family-friendly festival delivers an exhilarating live music experience across three stages and more than 40 venues throughout the precinct. This year’s line-up is being touted as one of the best yet and will kick off on Friday May 1 with British India and Spiderbait. Saturday May 2 will see Jon Stevens of Noiseworks fame alongside Vanessa Amorosi and Dragon before coming to a fitting conclusion on Sunday May 3 with The Angels, Baby Animals and Mark Seymour and the Undertow set to ignite the Beach Stage. And folks, that’s just the tip of the iceberg, there will be more artists announced in coming weeks.

While the event remains free, due to popular demand, die-hard music fans will be able to purchase a VIP pass that will put them front and centre with the chance to meet their favourite artists. The first release tickets will go live from Tuesday February 11 for $79 per day or $199 for a three-day pass. Ticketed guests will have exclusive access to the LIVE bar at nominated times as well as access to the front of stage for the ultimate viewing experience, VIP toilets and when you need a break from the crowd, access to the LIVE big screen but be warned, this experience is only available to 250 lucky music lovers! For all of the tasty festival deets, head over to the Surfers Paradise website.
