Sip bubbles and feast on fried chicken and waffles at QT’s The Bazaar Brunch
Newsflash – brunching on a Sunday is cool again. Well, it never really became uncool, it’s just that there were never many brunching options out there. Well, brunch buddies, QT Gold Coast is shining the light on that glorious pocket of time in between breakfast and lunch to bring you The Bazaar Brunch every single Sunday, starting this weekend (March 4).
Now that we’ve established that brunching is back on everybody’s social radar, let us tell you this – QT’s Bazaar marketplace does brunch a little differently. Think woodfired breakfast pizzas, made-to-order crepes, fried chicken and waffles (um, yes please), a chocolate fondue station and bottomless mimosas. That’s correct – bottomless mimosas.
Brunchers can get the party started with a flute of Chandon rosé on arrival, before setting their sights on the exclusive brunch spread, which features exclusive dishes and interactive food stations not normally on the Bazaar menu. There will be a DJ spinning tunes, flowing cocktails and plenty of ‘Sunday funday’ vibes. The Bazaar Brunch is $59 per head (including arrival Chandon) and bookings are highly recommended.
