Dance off extra Christmas treats at No Lights No Lycra

If you over-indulged this festive season, No Lights No Lycra (NLNL) is the perfect way to get moving and have a great laugh in the process. NLNL returns to the Masonic Hall in Burleigh Heads from January 12.

If the thought of dancing in public stone cold sober makes you want to break out in hives then No Lights No Lycra is for you! No Lights No Lycra is a global dance community providing an inclusive and non-judgemental place for people to bust a move and experience the freedom of self-expression and uninhibited joy, in the dark.

No Lights No Lycra is a daggy, non-pretentious child-friendly place to live out that old greeting card saying ‘dance like no one is watching’. If you’re still not packing your dancing shoes then here’s a fun fact, dancing does wonders for Monday-itis. NLNL also promotes a healthy mind and body so there is really no excuse not to go!
